africatv service can be purchased using Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) or other Mobile Network Operators' payment solutions. By using these payment methods, users acknowledge and accept the following terms. Subscription Model

When using a mobile number associated with a prepaid card, charges for the products and services provided by the Company will be deducted from the prepaid card balance or added to the Mobile Network Operators' billing account. Users will not be charged more than the advertised amount for any Network service. However, Networks reserve the right to recover any outstanding charges or adjust billing frequency. The advertised rates and billing frequency will be displayed prior to the Network Hosted Confirmation Page (NHCP) and prior to subscribing to the service.

To access the service, you must enter your mobile phone number and follow the provided instructions. To exit the service at any time, send an SMS according to the instructions provided or email us via our Help Page. A password and account designation will be assigned upon completing the registration process. Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of their password and account and understand that they are fully responsible for all activities under their password or account.

Users must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other security breach. Users should exit their account at the end of each session. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to comply with these conditions.

Fees

Charges for products and services will be deducted from the prepaid card balance or added to the Mobile Network Operators' billing account. Users will not be charged more than the advertised amount for access to the service. However, Networks reserve the right to recover any outstanding charges or adjust billing frequency. The advertised rates and billing frequency will be displayed prior to the NHCP and prior to subscribing to the service.

Charges will be applied automatically upon subscription confirmation, regardless of service usage. If a Free Trial period has been offered, users will be charged upon the expiration of the Free Trial period.

Refund Policy

If a fee was charged for this service for a period of 60 days or less as from the date of the acceptance of and subscription you have right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify the customer care of your decision through an unambiguous statement.

You must specify in your request the following in order to allow the treatment of:

Complete contact details (first name and surname, mobile number, e-mail address);

The name of the service name you subscribed

The payment method used;

An acknowledgment of receipt is sent by email when we receive your request for withdrawal.

The refund will be made within 14 days after the withdrawal request.

Free Trial Periods and Misuse

We may offer a free trial period for users to experience our services. We will take action against users who misuse our free trial promotions. Misuse includes but is not limited to:

Registering multiple accounts to access multiple free trial periods;

Deactivating and reactivating subscriptions to reuse trial periods;

Using misleading or deceptive means to obtain additional free trials;

Any other actions that contravene law, morality, or public opinion.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards misuse of our sites and promotions. The Company reserves the right to apply any of the following consequences at its sole discretion:

Blacklisting users from future use of our services;

Terminating or suspending the user's account;

Pursuing any and all further legal actions, including claims for damages or criminal proceedings.
