Users will not be charged more than the advertised amount for any Network service. However, Networks reserve the right to recover any outstanding charges or adjust billing frequency. The advertised rates and billing frequency will be displayed prior to the Network Hosted Confirmation Page (NHCP) and prior to subscribing to the service.

To access the service, you must enter your mobile phone number and follow the provided instructions. A password and account designation will be assigned upon completing the registration process. Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of their password and account and understand that they are fully responsible for all activities under their password or account.

Users must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other security breach. Users should exit their account at the end of each session. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's failure to comply with these conditions.

If a fee was charged for this service for a period of 60 days or less as from the date of the acceptance of and subscription you have right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty.

We may offer a free trial period for users to experience our services. We will take action against users who misuse our free trial promotions. Misuse includes but is not limited to:

Registering multiple accounts to access multiple free trial periods;
